Execution project of secondary and tertiary roads. Description: Rehabilitation works and street planning of M'Banza Congo city. This project also regarded the renovation of sideways, kerbstones, water and sewage networks, public lighting and streets and avenues paving. This work will basically comprise the renovation of existing ways, the construction of new ones, new parking places, in order to create a coherent urban framework.
