Rehabilitation and planning works of Luanda city streets. This included the requalification of the sideways, kerbstones, water supply and sewerage networks, public lighting and streets and avenues paving. This work will also basically requalify the existing ways, construction of new ways and parking spots in order to create a coherent urban array.
