Single family house

Building of a single family house with two floors, each of them with 14,2 x 20 m area. The structure is made of concrete, plastered and painted walls of masonry. In the moist areas the walls are covered with ceramic tiles, and the floor is also covered with black granite tiles with the 40 x 40 x1,5 cm dimensions each. The suspended ceilings have plasterboard. The annular roof Portuguese tiles lay over concrete laths.
